1. Are you really 24/7/365?

Our support staff works around the clock to provide you non-stop support, all other departments such us sales, customer care and billing work from 9am to 5pm EST Mon-Fri.

2. What languages do you support?

We currently support English and Spanish.

3. I need help ASAP, where do I go?

You can send an email to or drop by our live support chat.

4. What is your average response time?

We have an average of 10 minutes but be at ease that no request will be left without reply for more than 20 minutes.

5. I'm a new client, how should I go about requesting support?

For security reasons the first step would be to open a support ticket by either emailing or by logging in to our helpdesk. You can then come over to our live chat to talk with the technician handling your request.

6. What Linux distribuition do you support?

Mostly RHEL / Centos along with debian and it's derivatives. You should contact if you use a different one.

7. Can you monitor other services from what you list on your site?

It really depends on what you need so you should contact us and we'll let you know if we can accomodate your needs or not.
