» Your IP, the site you are coming from and related information will be collected but not stored permanently. We may use that information for statistic purposes.

» You are required to provide your Full Name, Email Address and Company when you contact us via our website. As you can imagine, we need that information to write back to you.

» We will only email you when requested, unless you are an existing client of ours and we have some news to share.

Clients

By purchasing one of our services you are required to provide certain information such as your server's IP address and root password, DataCenter Logins, Credit Card information and so on, this information will be used to charge you and to perform the work you requested.

This information is private and there are only two exceptions:

1. We might expose some of that information to third party providers you have business with such as your DataCenter or Cpanel.

2. Ultimate Server Management could provide your information to law-enforcement, credit, fraud and debt recovery agencies in case of long overdue invoices or fraud alerts.

For record keeping purposes we store everything but rest assure that you can always request for it's deletion from our systems via email.
