Terms of Services

Ultimate Server Management provides it's services and solutions under the following rules or guides.

Clients are required to provide the following information upon requesting services:

» Server's IP address
» Server's Root Password
» SSH access to the Server
» DataCenter information including Username and Password
» Payment information such as credit / debit card or paypal.

Ultimate Server Management reserves the right to refuse service for any reason at any given time.

* Ultimate Server Management may contact you via email in regards to our products, services or company news. By purchasing one of our services your agree to receive these emails.

* You agree and understand that Ultimate Server Management will not be liable for any type of damage including loss of profits, data or other intangible losses.

* Ultimate Server Management warrants that the services shall be provided in a timely and professional manner.

* Ultimate Server Management shall provide Best Effort Support at all times.

* Deviations in pricing shall be agreed to in writing by both parties. Email comfirmed by both parties shall suffice.

This TOS constitues the entire agreement between you and Ultimate Server Management and dictates your use of the service.
No changes to this agreement shall be binding except those in writing and executed by both parties.
